I started writing this song after having a rough period where I really couldn't come up with anything. I remember the day I put the first draft down because I had met some one and started jamming with them. This song was originally going to be used for this two-show-garage-band I was in but I wasn't pleased with it and believed it needed more work... and then I became a bit disillusioned with the person I was working with. I tried multiple times for 6 months to record this, going back and forth with different ideas that never worked.

Early last December a friend suggested that I leave it alone for a while and somewhat begrudgingly I did so.

Fast-forward about two months and I was finally able to finish the track.
