These two songs have haunted me for the last ... 7 years. I had worked on them forever, one of them got finished a lot more quickly than the other one. The problem was the other one. I felt like I couldn't continue working on anything else until I finished it. So I sat. And I didn't work on music, even though I had other songs I could work on.

These songs were inspired by someone in particular, but now that person doesn't really matter anymore. It's... kind of a strange thing the way that works.
